We reported last month that Nap Nanny was closing its doors and now the reason behind it has been made more clear. The CPSC has filed a complaint against the company, seeking to stop all sales of the product. Nap Nanny responded to the complaint on their website yesterday, and I think it's something all parents with a Nap Nanny should read.
