My Breakfast of Champions, or just me....

My breakfast o' Health and Feel Good-ness....
and yes, I will be filming a "smoothie making video" soon, this week is just a little busy....
But here goes what I threw in there...
Hand full of Kale (rinsed and removed leaves from the "spine")
Kale is one of the most nutritionally dense foods you can eat- so super packed with nutrition!
Hand full of Spinach
I like spinach because it doesn't wilt as quickly as Kale and it's right up there with nutrition-action.
I accidentally grabbed the Rice Milk (which you could use, but I like how the Coconut Milk tastes better- even though I don't like coconuts- weird, I know.)

 Ok....now here we go with the right milk....my So Delicious Coconut Milk (about 8 oz.)
1 pack of Sambazon Frozen Acai
about 1/4 cup Blueberries
1 scoop of PlantFusion Protein Powder
A dollop of Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt
and I forgot to show the orange I threw in there...it tastes delish!!!
 sometimes I add Chia seeds too...but not today, because I forgot....
 And blend it up til smoothieeeeeeeeeeee......

and voila...you don't taste the kale or spinach at all, just yummy purpley-orange-dreamsicle yummyness! Can  you believe I crave this? 
You will so great after you start your day like this- energized, full of health and ready to get healthy and glowing from inside and out....
