Every girl wanted to wear Cinderella's glass slippers....
I even went on a huge search to find the "clear" (as close as I would ever ge to glass slippers) Doc Martens in high school...alas, I my search made me feel much more like Cinderella's step sisters, because none were found in the size to fit my feet....
Above, is Princess Alani in her outfit...."plastic slippers", tiara, and princess dress.
And what's a princess without her trusty sidekick, Flash?!?
-only the fastes man around....
My favorite was when we were in the car and I looked back at Blake who was just looking around like nothing different than usual...but he had mis mask on. I love them so much my heart just wants to burst with so much love...
Blakey told me, "I yuv you so much, I yuv you for 5 weeks!"...to which I replied, "Oh I love you for 5 years!"...I was going to say a larger amount but thought this would be more understandable for his 4 year old understanding...
and he said, "Wow! That's a yong (long) time!"...yes 5 years is a long time, when you've only been alive for 4.
And I appreciated Blakey's honesty when I made us our normal morning smoothie and he said, "this isn't very yummy"....and took a drink right after that and agreed....
me put more fruit in and sipped down our smoothies!
I am trying not to fall asleep as I type this- you know us Mama's have to burn the midnight oil to get anything done....
I must go to bed before I hit publish on a blog that I wrote in my sleep! ha ha ha
