Packing for Fashion Week

Packing was a full-on dress up party tonight...
the kids added more clothes to the pile of clothes I was trying to create, pin, cut, make anything out of the "treasure" clothes in my closet.

Blakey found some old little kids kimonos I bought at a garage sale and one of my many hats (I really love hats!), Alani found a sequins skirt, jacket and hats...

I remember the highlight of playing dress-up when I was little....I just wanted to stop around in my moms high heels...but she always said might break the arches...
but I don't care if Alani breaks my arches in the high heels....I never wear em' anyway...and they were only $10! ha ha ha

My bags are still not finished being packed...we had to make dinner...but we sure had fun dressing up! when you get dressed today, put something fun on, like you are playing dress up too...
life's too short to dress boring...(hee hee hee)....have fun and make a statement today....
