Jumping Faces:
this is serious..."chewing on our lower lip face"....which doesn't hurt yet, because Ellie Bellie has zero teeth.
This is my favorite because she looks like a rodeo star with her one arm up in the air...riding her wild jumper!
SIDE NOTE: I put a little blanket as a cushion because the bouncer seat has no padding and at all and the edges were super stiff and not-soft...she liked it much better with her fuzzy blankey and seat-padding!
Sometimes I think companies that make baby things need to have a panel of moms who have a few babies consult them on things like, padding a seat cushion, because the hard plastic with no padding is not a thoughtful idea...i bet it just saved them money.
And this is what my "floor/workstation" looked like yesterday....
computer- I was trying to blog, email, edit a video, export video clips, get my printer that never works to print something out that I needed to fax...
sequins & scissors- I was trying to make the sequin leopard print shirt I got at Marshall's...
the other day into something fun.
jewels- then when baby fell asleep....I went to town with my jewels and glue making a "super fun" project to show you...but it was taking me longer than I had thought...so i still have to finish it.
I had a huge list of other things I did but don't' want to bore you or type it all out (ha ha) with my humongo to-do list that made me feel crazy trying to do it all... vacuuming one minute, then editing, then faxing, then needing to drive everyone around, try to make a shirt...to getting a call that the job I was going to have to wake up at 2:30am and head to the airport for, was being cancelled because of their permit issues.
(and no that was not even close to all the stuff on my to-do list...ha ha ha)
And then I made Butternut Squash pasta for dinner....
and some how making dinner for all my little loves made my stress from the day go away a little...
I had a bowl of Mrs. Field's Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with Alani and Blakey after dinner....
went and filled the bathtub up..not for me, but for Blakey...
brushed teeth, tucked everyone in, gave hugs and kisses....and when everyone was asleep...
I went back to edit a video until I started to fall asleep at my computer at about 2am...
and that was my day...
and now I'm awake again and typing...while Blakey hops on and off my lap wearing his giant woody hat...which made me laugh because I couldn't see the screen because his hat's so big! ha ha ha
to-do lists and giant cowboy hats....
